TCE has been the site /civil engineer for Technology Park Partners since the 1990’s. In recent years TCE assisted Technology Park with a complete redesign of Community Drive, all new utilities, and re-subdivision of the 170 acre property.
In 2007, we were involved with the design and permitting of 55 Community Drive, a 70,175 SF LEED Certified Class A office building. Tenants include Gallagher Flynn, JP Morgan and ReArch Company.
In 2009, TCE assisted with the design and permitting of 124 Technology Park Way which is a 53, 513 SF LEED certified Class A office building. The entire building was recently leased to Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. TCE’s responsibilities included all state and local permitting, site design, utility design, stormwater, grading, surveying, and construction phase services.
