Under the experienced guidance of our professional Licensed Land Surveyor, we get the job done in any conditions.
We use the latest in GPS technology as well as some old school surveying techniques to document the existing conditions of a parcel. In addition to our field staff, our CAD technicians use current software technology to serve our clients and be efficient as possible.
Our Chief Surveyor, Mark Day, oversees all of the survey work in the office and currently serves as the vice president of the Vermont Society of Land Surveyors, as well as a member of many professional societies. Over the past 26 years in surveying, Mark has gained a broad knowledge base of the industry through a variety of positions, affiliations and owning and operating a successful Land Surveying business. Mark is licensed in VT and NH. Our survey department has 2-3 crews ready at all times ready to get your next survey done quickly.
Under Mark’s direction, the survey staff at TCE performed more than ninety new boundary, topographic and FEMA related surveys as well as countless construction layouts, updates to pre-existing projects, and many engineering support surveys in 2016. In 2016 the Survey Department enhanced our toolbox of technical equipment. The department is now utilizing three fully equipped survey vehicles, two RTK GNSS units, two robotic total stations and two additional conventional total stations. TCE has also upgraded CAD workstations with the latest hardware and has experienced CAD staff to get the office work done efficiently.
