Abby is a longtime resident of Burlington, VT where she is raising two young daughters with her husband. She is a bicycle enthusiast who also enjoys volleyball, nordic skiing, camping, and hiking with her family.
Abby worked as the lead engineer for the recent design and construction of a 55,000 SF Class A office building at Technology Park. Â This project which included site planning, design, permitting and construction administration, is part of on-going efforts at this 175 acre commercial park which was originally home of Digital Equipment Corp. TCE has been involved with the development of three Class A office buildings, a mile of roadway, and the 300,000 SF redevelopment of the former DEC manufacturing building. Currently the property tenants include Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Ben & Jerrys, Gallagher Flynn, Symquest, and many other prominent businesses.
Abby was the lead engineer and construction administrator for the development of numerous solar arrays developed by AEDG and Aegis Renewable Energy throughout Vermont. These 150kW-500W systems required Abby to solve numerous design and permitting challenges at the various locations, and to coordinate disciplines relating to site aesthetics and natural resources.
