We use the latest in GPS technology as well as some old school surveying techniques to document the existing conditions of a parcel. In addition to our field staff, our CAD technicians use current software technology to serve our clients and be efficient as possible.
Our Director of Field Services, Gerald Stockman, LSÂ oversees all of the survey work in the office, as well as our underground utility locating service, Vermont Underground Locators.
Under Gerald’s direction, the survey staff at TCE performs hundreds of boundary, topographic and FEMA related surveys as well as critical construction layouts, updates to pre-existing projects, and many engineering support surveys all over the state of Vermont. We always try to stay on top of technology and in 2020 we acquired the latest RTK GPS unit by Carlson, to add to our arsenal of technical equipment. TCE is constantly upgrading our CAD workstations with the latest hardware and software and ensures our experienced CAD staff can get the office work done efficiently.
