TCE has been involved over the past few years with the development of Dollar General sites throughout Vermont. TCE services start at the beginning of the process with a due diligence report to ensure the site is appropriate for a Dollar General.
Not all locations are suited for a Dollar General, some locations will not continue the process past this service. If the location is deemed suitable, TCE will move forward with survey services, permitting, engineering and final design services. Additionally, landscape design, traffic studies and lighting plans can be done for the sites.
Once the design has been approved and all the permits are in place, TCE is able to work with the developer and contractors to provide construction phase
services and certifications including as built drawings. Once the Dollar General is constructed, TCE can stay involved with stormwater and wastewater annual inspections as required by the state permits.
This level of all inclusive services allows the team to build continuity and comfort in the finished product. TCE has 40 years in business in the engineering field which is a tremendous advantage to clients who are trying to navigate the local and state permitting process.
