Stowe Club Highland is a resort PUD that was started in 1982. Trudell provided boundary and topographic survey of the 236 acres.

Our services included site design for the hotel and 68 residential units (single family and multi–family). The design included a private water system with wells, reservoir and booster station, a private 40,000 gallons per day on site wastewater system with 3 pumping stations and over a mile of roadway. TCE services handled both state and local permitting. This project is considered a high end community with large homes, great views on the hillside above Stowe Golf Course.
