TCE worked with the Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) and the Town of Alburgh on concept planning and wetlands delineation for the Alburgh Recreation Master Plan. TCE  worked closely with the NRPC and the Town; meeting with the Alburgh Recreation / Steering Committee several times during the course of the project and facilitating three public presentations to inform the community of progress and garner feedback. These engagement meetings were crucial to the successful completion of the project and TCE always places an emphasis on clear communication. TCE also performed a wetlands delineation that included meeting with the State Wetland Ecologist to confirm and finalize the delineation. The observations gleaned during this process informed the concept development and renderings throughout the rest of the project.
