Technology Park, So. Burlington, VT

Abby worked as the lead engineer for the recent design and construction of a 55,000 SF Class A office building at Technology Park.  This project which included site planning, design, permitting and construction administration, is part of on-going efforts at this 175 acre commercial park which was originally home of Digital Equipment Corp. TCE has been involved with the development of three Class A office buildings, a mile of roadway, and the 300,000 SF redevelopment of the former DEC manufacturing building. Currently the property tenants include Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Ben & Jerrys, Gallagher Flynn, Symquest, and many other prominent businesses.

Solar Arrays, Various Sites, VT
