Ryan is a Civil Engineer IV & Project Manager for TCE bringing a range of experience and skill sets to his projects with a diverse experience that includes work in municipal, institutional, public, and private sectors. Ryan has worked on projects that focus on utilities, stormwater treatment, transportation, and watershed management, and permitting.
Ryan is currently living in Vermont and in his free time enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, camping and biking.
Ryan has ample experience in commercial site design across Vermont. Valuing communication and effective project management, worked with clients to visualize their sites while also working within land development regulations to meet clients’ and towns’ needs and standards. He is adept at ADA site grading as it relates to commercial site design as well as ensuring the more effective placement and design for relevant utilities.
Ryan facilitated subdivisions across the Vermont. These projects often involved both vertical and horizontal road design, which Ryan would be responsible for. Providing the best service for a subdivision requires knowledge of the existing site, foresight for the best and most effective usage of the plots in the future, grading restrictions for access and road design, and much more. Ryan is able to take these many factors in stride and provide clients with the best results.
Ryan is adept at navigating the often tricky permitting climate in Vermont, especially in regards to permitting surrounding stormwater design. He has helped clients with the relatively new 3-9050 (“3-Acre”) permitting, feasibility analysis, planning, site design, and more.
Ryan has assisted clients with their scoping related needs in various locations across Vermont. This is often a crucial step in the course of larger projects to recognize feasibility and project scope, involving identifying project needs, options, challenges, hurdles, and cost estimates.
