Woodstock Hospitality Inn is located off of Route 4 just South of the High School.  This was the site of the former Pond Ridge Motel.  The project involved design, permitting and construction phase of this new Motel.

The Motel went from 18 rental rooms to over 41 rooms and also includes the addition of a pool, spa and 50 seat restaurant.  The original 16,000 square foot motel structure has been demolished and this new motel is over 40,000 square feet of living space.

The wastewater design included replacing the onsite septic system with a municipal connection collected and delivered via a pump station and force main along Route 4.  The water system included new water lines with capacity for building sprinklers and a hydrant.
