Williston suffered a failed culvert in the spring of 2016 which required a road closure. TCE responded quickly with survey, design, bid and construction phase services to replace the culvert with a new 142” x 91” polymetric coated arch pipe. The project included stream diversion, erosion control, sheet pilings, replacing the culvert and reconstructing the roadway.

The reconstruction involved replacing a por?on of the 8″ water main, pavement, sidewalks, guard rails, landscape wall, rip-rap stabilization and backfilling operations around the new pipe and existing utilities. TCE provided construction observation and reporting on a daily basis, working in conjunction with the Town Public Works Director.
