In our latest TCE, a Bowman Company Staff Spotlight, we’re excited to shine a light on Cole LaFleche, who recently achieved a significant milestone in his career – obtaining his Vermont Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Civil Engineering. Cole completed a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Norwich University in 2019. He enriches our office with his collaborative engineering approach and thoughtful designs.
His project portfolio includes overseeing the site construction of a mixed-use building on an urban redevelopment site, coordinating with multiple municipalities, contractors, architects, and other consultants. He works hard to ensure project timelines are met and works through site-specific challenges to make all the components of the project fit well. Cole has a knack for site grading, stormwater design, and complex engineering challenges.
Originally from South Burlington, Cole enjoys outdoor activities and family time. As continues his journey at TCE a Bowman Company, we have no doubt that Cole will continue to make impactful contributions to our engineering projects. Join us in celebrating Cole’s well-deserved accomplishments!
