TCE provided Aegis and the Fontaine’s engineering, environmental, and survey support for this project. We’re excited to see the property redeveloped for renewable energy and disappointed that the project could also not involve much need affordable housing in Chittenden County. We believe that both could easily co-exist on this site with no significant impact on the deer wintering habitat on the property.
