TCE’s Vice President, Mark Day, LS, is pleased to announce that Vermont won several awards in this national competition, including Best PR Video, featuring two of TCE’s surveyors! The goal of these videos is to educate the public and especially encourage young people to get involved in the profession. Nationwide the average age of a professional surveyor is 60 years old! Surveying is a tough but rewarding profession and requires great knowledge in technology, math, science, and super human strength (not really), but working in the harsh Vermont climate is no picnic. Way to go VSLS!
